Treasure Global names Tengku Dato' Musahiddin Shah to board
Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL) appointed Tengku Dato' Musahiddin Shah Bin Tengku Dato' Seri Abdul Samad Shah Alhaj as an independent director, effective May 1, 2026, the Malaysia-based technology company announced.
Tengku Dato' Musahiddin Shah previously served as chief executive officer of Primus Jems Sdn Bhd and director of Ropequest Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree from Murdoch University in Australia and serves on the Board of Trustees of SAY Community, supporting youth development programs in Selangor.
"With more than a decade of experience spanning institutional responsibilities and corporate leadership, Tengku Dato' Musahiddin Shah brings a depth of perspective that is both practical and strategic," said Sam Teo, executive director and acting chief executive officer.
The company operates the ZCITY Super App, which integrates e-payment solutions with customer loyalty rewards. As of December 2025, ZCITY had 2.71 million registered users, according to the company statement.
Treasure Global specializes in technology platforms for digital transformation in retail and services, utilizing artificial intelligence and data analytics across e-commerce and fintech sectors.
