Allison W. Brady resigned from the board of directors of Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: JUNS), effective June 17, 2026, according to a company statement.
Brady also stepped down from her roles on the board's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. The company stated her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company on matters relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
Her board seat will remain vacant until the company's annual meeting, scheduled for July 22, 2026.
