Avis Budget Group Reports Second Quarter 2014 Results
August 4, 2014 4:15 PM EDTRevenue increased 10% to $2.2 billion. North America pricing increased 4%, excluding Payless. Adjusted EBITDA increased 19% to $213 million. Diluted earnings per share increased 36% to $0.68, excluding certain items, on GAAP net income of $26 million. Company raises its 2014 Adjusted EBITDA and earnings per share estimates.
