Bill Ackman's Pershing Square filed its 13D on Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: APD). The hedge fund disclosed a 9.84%, or 20,545,284 share, stake in the company. The firm did not hold shares at the end of the latest quarter ending March 31, 2013.

Pershing Square purchased for the accounts of the Pershing Square Funds an aggregate of 20,545,284 shares of the Common Stock for total consideration (including brokerage commissions) of $2,032,074,148. Or an average cost of ~$98.90/share.
