Cohu Receives Multiple Orders for Testing Next-Generation GaN Power Devices for AI Data Centers

(NASDAQ: COHU), a global supplier of equipment and services optimizing semiconductor manufacturing yield and productivity, today announced that a leading semiconductor manufacturer has placed multiple orders totaling approximately $5 million for the DiamondX platform, delivering high-current capability, ultra-low resistance measurement accuracy and scalable multi-site throughput.
