IREN Prices Upsized $2.6 Billion Convertible Notes Offering
May 12, 2026 6:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, May 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IREN Limited (NASDAQ: IREN) (IREN) today announced the pricing of its offering of $2.6 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.00% convertible senior notes due 2033 (the notes) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act). The offering size was increased from the previously announced offering size of $2 billion aggregate principal amount of notes.
