The filing of the proxy supplement follows the decision by BBRCÂ International Pte Limited (BBRC)Â and its Chairman Brett Blundy to launch a distracting and self-interested proxy contest seeking to oppose the re-election of two members of the Companys Board of Directors (the Board) at the Companys upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
