StoneCo Announces Extraordinary Dividend
April 14, 2026 6:13 PM EDTGeorge Town, Grand Cayman--(Newsfile Corp. - April 14, 2026) - StoneCo Ltd. (NASDAQ: STNE) ("Stone" or "the Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an extraordinary cash dividend of $2.53 per share of the company (both Class A and Class B shareholders) to be paid on May 4th, 2026 to shareholders of record as of April 24th, 2026. Based on shares outstanding on March 31st, the total amount of cash to be paid in the dividend will be approximately R$3.08 billion.
