The analyst comments "SYRE (OP) announced positive topline results from the open-label SPY001 (anti-47) monotherapy cohort of the Phase 2 SKYLINE platform trial in ulcerative colitis (UC). Importantly, SPY001 demonstrated class-leading efficacy on the study's primary and key secondary endpoints, showing an impressive -9.2pt reduction from baseline on the primary RHI endpoint and a 40% clinical remission rate at week 12 - both data points suggesting differentiated efficacy relative to TAK's (NR)...
