Progressive Prices $1.5 Billion of Senior Notes
March 23, 2026 10:06 PM EDTMAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, March 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Progressive Corporation (NYSE: PGR) today announced the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.60% Senior Notes due 2031 (the 2031 notes) and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.15% Senior Notes due 2036 (the 2036 notes, together with the 2031 notes, the notes) in an underwritten public offering.
