Sea Limited Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results
March 3, 2026 6:30 AM ESTSINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) (Sea or the Company) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Seas GAAP revenue was US$6.9 billion, up 38.4% year-on-year. The Company also achieved gross profit of US$3.0 billion, up 36.0% year-on-year, and net income of US$410.9 million, up 72.9% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA1 increased by 33.2% year-on-year to reach US$787.1 million.
For the full year of 2025, Seas GAAP revenue was US$22.9 billion, up 36.4% year-on-year, with gross profit growing 42.2% year-on-year to US$10.2 billion. Net income reached US$1.6... More
