US Tiger Securities: 'Baidu (BIDU) delivered a solid 1Q25 print, with strong execution in AI Cloud and autonomous driving offsetting weakness in online marketing'
May 21, 2025 2:38 PM EDTUS Tiger Securities analyst Bo Pei lowered the price target on Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU) to $110.00 (from $118.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We are maintaining our BUY rating but decreasing PT to $110 (was $118) after BIDU reported robust 1Q results but implied near term challenges for its search business due to continued AI transition. Baidu Core ad revenue declined 6% y/y, vs. -7% in 4Q, primarily due to headwinds in traditional search monetization as the company accelerates the AI-driven overhaul of its core search experience.
