Barclays Reiterates Overweight Rating on Enphase Energy (ENPH)

The analyst comments "Tariff impact on batteries to have negative 600-800 bps on gross margin by 3Q: The impact in 2Q is much smaller at 200 bps to corporate gross margins due to pre-tariff inventory the company had on its balance sheet (we estimate ENPH tends to keep ~70 days of inventory on hand), whereas a full quarter of tariffs will be realized in 3Q.
