Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. Reports First Quarter Diluted Earnings of 81¢ Per Share and Declares Quarterly Dividend of 32¢ Per Share
May 3, 2023 5:05 PM EDTSOUTHPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE-RGR) announced today that for the first quarter of 2023, net sales were $149.5 million and diluted earnings were 81¢ per share. For the corresponding period in 2022, net sales were $166.6 million and diluted earnings were $1.70 per share.
The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of 32¢ per share for the first quarter for stockholders of record as of May 15, 2023, payable on May 31, 2023.
