Wintrust Financial Corporation Reports Second Quarter 2022 Results
July 20, 2022 4:42 PM EDTROSEMONT, Ill., July 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (Wintrust, the Company, we or our) (Nasdaq: WTFC) announced net income of $94.5 million or $1.49 per diluted common share for the second quarter of 2022, a decrease in diluted earnings per common share of 28% compared to the first quarter of 2022. The Company recorded net income of $221.9 million or $3.56 per diluted common share for the first six months of 2022 compared to net income of $258.3 million or $4.24 per diluted common share for the same period of 2021.
