(WisdomTree or the Company) (NASDAQ: WETF), an exchange-traded fund (ETF) and exchange-traded product (ETP) sponsor and asset manager, today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) adopted a limited duration stockholder rights plan (the rights plan).
