Oracle Announces Fiscal 2022 First Quarter Financial Results
September 13, 2021 4:05 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) today announced fiscal 2022 Q1 results. Total quarterly revenues were up 4% year-over-year to $9.7 billion. Cloud services and license support revenues were up 6% to $7.4 billion. Cloud license and on-premise license revenues were down 8% to $813 million.
Q1 GAAP operating income was up 7% to $3.4 billion, and GAAP operating margin was 35%. Non-GAAP operating income was up 4% to $4.3 billion, and Non-GAAP operating margin was 45%.
