Standard Motor Products (SMP) Tops Q1 EPS by 38c, Revenues Beat
May 5, 2021 8:32 AM EDTStandard Motor Products (NYSE: SMP) reported Q1 EPS of $0.92, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $276.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $257.57 million.
Mr. Eric Sills, Standard Motor Products' Chief Executive Officer and President stated, "We are very pleased with our first quarter results, as the momentum from the second half of 2020 carried over into 2021.
