June 25, 2020 4:03 PM EDTVIRGINIA BEACH, Va., June 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Franchise Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRG) (Franchise Group or the Company) announced today that it intends to offer and sell 3,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock equal to up to 15% of the number of shares of common stock offered.
