Longtime Board Chairman of Crane Co. to Retire After 47 Years with the Company
April 28, 2020 5:00 PM EDTSTAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Crane Co. (NYSE: CR), a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products, announced that the Chairman transition disclosed in the Companys proxy statement on March 13, 2020 has been completed. Crane Co.s Chairman, R.S. Evans, has retired in accordance with the Companys director retirement policy. James L. L. Tullis, a Crane Co. Director since 1998, became Chairman upon Mr. Evans retirement.
