March 31, 2020 11:50 AM EDTAxalta Coating Systems Ltd. (NYSE: AXTA) announced early Tuesday that its nine-month review of strategic alternatives has ended without a sale. Before the coronavirus outbreak upended markets around the world, Axalta was in advanced talks to sell to PPG Industries Inc.
