Helen of Troy (HELE) Tops Q2 EPS by 28c, Raises Guidance
October 8, 2019 6:47 AM EDTHelen of Troy (NASDAQ: HELE) reported Q2 EPS of $2.24, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $1.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $414 million versus the consensus estimate of $391.85 million.
GUIDANCE:
Helen of Troy sees FY2020 EPS of $8.50-$8.75, versus the consensus of $8.53.
For fiscal 2020, the Company has updated its outlook and now expects consolidated net sales revenue to be in the range of $1.610 to $1.640 billion, which implies consolidated sales growth of 2.9% to 4.8% compared to the prior expectation of 1.7% to 3.6%.
