Treehouse Foods (THS) Tops Q2 EPS by 7c, Revenues Miss; Offers Q3 EPS/Revenue Guidance Below Consensus, FY19 EPS Mid-Point Views Above Consensus
August 1, 2019 7:08 AM EDTTreehouse Foods (NYSE: THS) reported Q2 EPS of $0.36, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.25 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 billion.
"I'm pleased that our second quarter adjusted earnings per share of $0.36 came in slightly above the upper end of our guidance range, although revenue of $1.25 billion was slightly short of our expectations," said Steve Oakland, Chief Executive Officer and President.
