Tyler Technologies (TYL) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c; Offers FY19 EPS/Revenue Guidance
July 31, 2019 4:34 PM EDTTyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) reported Q2 EPS of $1.30, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $275.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.59 million.
Second Quarter 2019 Financial Highlights:
Total revenues were $275.1 million, up 16.5% from $236.1 million for the second quarter of 2018. Organic revenue growth was 8.1%. Non-GAAP total revenues were $278.0 million, up 16.9% from $237.7 million for the second quarter of 2018. Non-GAAP organic revenue growth was 7.4%.Recurring revenues from maintenance and subscriptions were $180.2 million, an increase of 20.8% compared to the second quarter of 2018, and comprised 65.5% of second quarter 2019 revenue.Operating...
