SiriusXM Reports First Quarter 2019 Results
April 24, 2019 7:01 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Â SiriusXM today announced first quarter 2019 operating and financial results. Total revenue of $1.7 billion increased 27% compared to the prior year period, with growth driven by the acquisition of Pandora Media on February 1, 2019. The Company's net income totaled $162 million in the first quarter, compared to $289 million in the prior year period. Net income per diluted common share was $0.03 in the first quarter, compared to $0.06 in the prior year period.
