Kulicke & Soffa Reports First Quarter 2019 Results
January 31, 2019 5:00 PM ESTSINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (Kulicke & Soffa, K&S or the Company), today announced financial results of its first fiscal quarter ended December29, 2018. The Company reported first quarter net revenue of $157.2 million, and reported diluted EPS of $0.11 and a non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.25.
During its first fiscal quarter, K&S repurchased $25.5 million of common stock in open market transactions at an average price of $20.68 per share. The Company also recorded a quarterly dividend equivalent to $0.12 per share during its first fiscal quarter.
