Baker Hughes (BHGE) Announces Pricing of 92M Secondary Offering by GE (GE) at $23/Share
November 14, 2018 8:48 AM ESTBaker Hughes, a GE company (NYSE: BHGE) announced today the pricing of a secondary offering of 92,000,000 shares of BHGE Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, by General Electric Company at a price to the public of $23.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 9,200,000 shares of Class A common stock from the selling stockholder. The offering is expected to close on November 16, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
