Fortive Reports Third Quarter 2018 Results
October 25, 2018 4:17 PM EDTEVERETT, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fortive Corporation (Fortive) (NYSE: FTV) today announced results for the third quarter 2018.
For the third quarter ended September28, 2018, net earnings attributable to common stockholders were $227.9 million. For the same period, adjusted net earnings were $321.1 million. Diluted net earnings per share for the third quarter ended September28, 2018 were $0.64. For the same period, adjusted diluted net earnings per share were $0.86.
For the third quarter of 2018, revenues increased 9.2% year-over-year to $1.8 billion, with core revenue growth of 3.2%.
