Fourth Quarter 2017
Earnings per common diluted share of $3.42 compared to $0.44 per share in 2016 Earnings per share include a one-time $3.03 per share benefit related to the effects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, partially offset by $0.04 per share of transaction costs incurred related to the Company's planned spin-off transaction, resulting in an adjusted earnings per common diluted share of $0.43...
