Net sales were $222.1 million, an increase of 16.1% compared to 2016 (see Table 1). Net income attributable to the Company was $15.3 million ($0.47 per share), compared to $13.1 million ($0.41 per share) in Q3 2016. Net income attributable to the Company, excluding adjustments (a non-GAAP measure), was $0.57 per share, compared to $0.41 per share in Q3 2016 (see Table 17).
