U.S. Silica (SLCA) Appoints Diane Duren to Board

U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA) today announced that it has appointed Diane K. Duren to its Board of Directors. The election of Duren increases the size of the Company's Board to six members. Ms. Duren will also serve as an independent member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board.
