Fastenal Company Announces Cash Dividend
January 17, 2017 5:05 PM ESTWINONA, Minn., Jan. 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Fastenal Company (the 'Company') of Winona, MN (Nasdaq: FAST) reported its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.32 per share to be paid in cash on February 28, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2017.
Fastenal began paying annual dividends in 1991, semi-annual dividends in 2003, and then expanded to quarterly dividends in 2011.
