First Republic Bank (FRC) Prices Larger 3.5M Share Stock Offering for Proceeds of ~$287M
November 15, 2016 9:01 AM ESTFirst Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock for expected gross proceeds of approximately $287.0 million before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. First Republic has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares from First Republic. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P.
