August 5, 2016 8:07 AM EDTB. Riley Financial (NASDAQ: RILY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 8, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 18, 2016.
