Consolidated-Tomoka Land (CTO) Reports Q2 EPS of $0.28; Concludes Review Process, Will Continue Talks with Interested Parties
July 20, 2016 4:28 PM EDTConsolidated-Tomoka Land (NYSE: CTO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.28, versus $0.04 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.03 million, versus $4.13 million reported last year.
Consolidated-Tomoka also announced that the special committee of its independent directors (the Special Committee), which was formed to evaluate strategic alternatives for the Company to enhance shareholder value (the Strategic Review), concluded its evaluation and the Companys Board of Directors (the Board) has accepted the Committees conclusions and recommendations.
