SecureWorks (SCWX) IPO Opens Slightly Lower After Weak Pricing
April 22, 2016 10:39 AM EDTToday's IPO for Dell-spinoff, SecureWorks Corp. (Nasdaq: SCWX), opened for trading at $13.89 after pricing 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, below the expected $15.50 - $17.50 range. The size of the offer was also cut from 9,000,000 shares.
