Shell Midstream Partners (SHLX) Prices Larger 11M Common Units Offering at $31.75/Share

(NYSE: SHLX) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests, at a public offering price of $31.75 per common unit. The total gross proceeds (before the underwriters discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses) will be approximately $350 million. In connection with the offering, Shell Midstream Partners granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 common units.
