Viasat (VSAT) Reports In-Line Q3 EPS; Enters JV with Eutelsat Communications
February 9, 2016 4:09 PM ESTViasat (NASDAQ: VSAT) reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $347.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $365.11 million.
Eutelsat Communications and ViaSat Inc. announced an agreement to create a joint venture combining Eutelsats current European broadband business with ViaSats industry-leading broadband technologies and consumer Internet Service Provider (ISP) business expertise.
