An amended complaint against Fitbit (NYSE: FIT) added consumers in Texas, Florida, and four other states, according to Bloomberg. The original complaint filed in January by consumers in California, Wisconsin, and Colorado claimed devices are mis-recording heart rates by a very significant margin.
