February 3, 2016 9:11 AM ESTPiper Jaffray analyst, Joshua Schimmer, is hoping to see an impactful acquisition to propel Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD) into its next leg of growth. However, at 7x next year's eps, the stock may have hit bottom.

February 2, 2016 4:00 PM ESTGilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD) reported Q4 EPS of $3.32, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $3.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.51 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.13 billion.
Product Sales
Total product sales for the fourth quarter of 2015 were $8.4 billion compared to $7.2 billion for the fourth quarter of 2014. In the fourth quarter of 2015, product sales in the U.S. were $4.8 billion compared to $5.5 billion in the fourth quarter of 2014.
