HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 ($0.50 annualized) payable on Feb. 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 1, 2016. This is down from $0.51 per share ($2.04 annualized) for the third quarter of 2015.
