Universal Technical Institute Reports Fiscal Year 2015 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results
December 1, 2015 4:05 PM ESTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (NYSE: UTI), the leading provider of automotive technician training, today reported revenues for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2015 of $90.7 million, a 4.9% percent decrease from $95.3 million for the fourth quarter of the prior year. Including the impact of a $12.4 million goodwill impairment charge, net loss for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2015 was $9.8 million, or a loss of 41 cents per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.6 million, or 6 cents per diluted share, for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2014.
