First Data (FDC), NCR Corporation (NCR) Enter Strategic Commercial Agreement
November 16, 2015 9:04 AM ESTFirst Data (NYSE: FDC), a global leader in commerce-enabling technology and solutions, and NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), the global leader in consumer transaction technologies, have entered into a strategic commercial agreement. First Data will be a preferred provider of cybersecurity and payment processing solutions to NCRs customers in the grocery, petroleum and convenience store industries. NCR will be a preferred provider of ATM hardware and services to First Datas client base of more than 4,000 financial institutions.
