Computer Sciences (CSC) Tops Q4 EPS by 6c
May 19, 2015 4:18 PM EDTComputer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) reported Q4 EPS of $1.26, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.91 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.96 billion.
Computer Sciences sees FY2016 EPS of $4.75-$5.05, versus the consensus of $4.80.

Computer Sciences (CSC) Plans Split into Two, Publicly-Traded Companies
May 19, 2015 4:17 PM EDTComputer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a plan to separate the company into two publicly traded, pure-play leaders: one to serve commercial and government clients globally and one to serve public sector clients in the U.S.
Concurrent with the separation, CSC intends to pay a special cash dividend to shareholders of $10.50 per share at closing, which is expected by October 2015.
