Monroe Capital Corporation Announces Another Record Quarter of Financial Results and Increases Its Quarterly Dividend
March 6, 2015 7:00 AM ESTCHICAGO, March 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monroe Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MRCC) ("Monroe") today announced record financial results for the fourth quarter and for the full year ended December 31, 2014. The Board of Directors of Monroe also declared a dividend increase of 3%, bringing its quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share, or $1.40 annualized. The first quarter dividend is payable on March 31, 2015 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2015.
