Whitestone REIT (WSR) Tops Q3 FFO by 3c, Raises Guidance

Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.3 million.

Whitestone REIT sees FY2014 FFO of $1.16-$1.18, versus prior guidance of $1.09-$1.18 and the consensus of $1.16.
