MRC Global (MRC) Tops Q3 EPS by 9c, Raises Guidance

MRC Global (NYSE: MRC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.54, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.52 billion.

MRC Global sees FY2014 revenue of $5.9-5.97 billion, versus prior guidance of $5.7-5.9 million and the consensus of $5.84 billion.
