Tompkins Financial (NYSE: TMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on November 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 4, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 31, 2014.
