Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2014.
