Cubic Corp. (NYSE: CUB) reported Q3 EPS of $0.45, $0.30 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $340.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $370.9 million.

Cubic Corp. sees FY2014 EPS of $2.30-$2.60, versus the consensus of $2.63. Cubic Corp. sees FY2014 revenue of $1.39-1.42 billion, versus the consensus of $1.43 billion.
